The first type of fermented beancurd on the menu was the thicker and "stinkiest" version. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Very delicious!
The second type was the thinner and drier version. Not as stinky as the first type. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Yummy. I prefer the previous ones though. The stinky beancurds were served with the sweet sauce, chilli sauce and pickled vegetables.
The deep-fried pig intestines were well marinated, crispy on the outside, springy on the inside. Yummy! The stir-fried pak choy with oyster sauce was quite disappointing.
